■ Regarding "order changes" due to customer convenience after the order has been completed

After we have checked the contents, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed depending on the shipping status of the product.

<Before shipping>

Regardless of whether or not there are only partial product changes, we will cancel all currently accepted orders.
After cancelling, we will contact you by email so that you can place a new order.

<After product shipping>

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product and only if all products are unopened. (Opening the shipping box is not a problem.)
Please return all products you receive to the address below without opening them.
Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
As we also handle food products, we are unable to accept order changes once some of the products have been opened, regardless of the product. Thank you for your understanding.


■ Regarding "order cancellation (return)" due to customer convenience after completing an order

■ How to respond to product defects

This does not apply to food products, but as a general rule, we ask that you check the product within 7 days of receiving it.

After we have checked the contents, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed depending on the condition of the product, etc.
